    Connect to your body with daily *Power and Yin yoga and other movement practices in a private, riverside, open-air yoga shala. The fireflies, birds, geckos, and distant echos of a Balinese priest chanting or a Balinese gamelan converge to make this space feel like something out of a dream.

    Your experience will be a balanced dance between going inward to connect to your deeper self and expanding outward to immerse in both the land, culture, and community of Bali and the shared wisdom and authentic connection of your fellow participants.

    *All yoga and movement practices are suitable and scaleable for any experience level or physical ability. As we always say, “Come as you are, and you will receive everything you need.”

    We welcome each day with intention, exploring mindfulness practices, including meditation, QinGong, and energy activation breathwork. In addition to her 15 years of experience as a yoga instructor, Molly Casto brings experience as a meditation and breathwork guide, delivering simple and inviting practices you will be inspired to bring home to incorporate into your ongoing wellness routine.

    Through daily inquiry, discussions, and guided journaling on the river deck or sitting alongside the pristine infinity pool, we cultivate a tight and precious container to reflect, share and move toward clarity around what’s truly important to us. Lauren Dunne brings her expertise as a yoga teacher and professional mental health counselor to these sessions, supporting you to discover and embrace your authenticity and life's purpose through a fresh lens.

    Our private Bali retreat oasis is perfectly situated as a launching point to explore local villages, iconic temples, and cultural sites, and to experience the beauty and bliss of Bali.

  • Nestled in plush tropical gardens and surrounded by scenic vistas of rice fields, our home base feels worlds away but is a mere 7-minute drive from the center of Ubud. This offers us quick access to Bali’s cultural hub while offering the experience of rural Bali, away from the congestion of tourists.

    Our private retreat oasis features Indonesian architecture, modern amenities, and plenty of comforts. Each room is integrated into the landscape, well-appointed, expansive, and decorated in traditional Balinese style. All rooms have air conditioning, fans, complimentary mineral water, and wifi.

    Laundry, housekeeping services, and 24-hour security are provided.

    With the exception of a couple of off-site lunches, our meals will be prepared on-site by our in-house chef, who sources garden-fresh local produce to create fresh, bright, nutritious meals that will heal and fuel your body. The fully vegetarian menu for this particular retreat includes Balinese and international dishes. Any dietary restrictions can be catered to.

    To cool off, step into the private infinity pool, cleansed by an ozone system that uses 90% less chlorine, which gives that water a velvety texture and is healthier and less harsh on the environment.

    Our retreat center has a private spa situated in a quiet corner of the garden where you will enjoy a complimentary 60-minute traditional Balinese massage during the retreat.

    May 1st - Arrival Day

    • Check-in begins at 2 p.m.

    • Welcome, introductions with Molly and Lauren.

    • Power Yoga practice with extended savasana and sound bath to decompress after travel and fully arrive in body and mind.

    • Welcome dinner together and a chance to relax and enjoy a glass of fresh pressed juice or tea by the fire cauldron.

    Sample Day Itinerary

    • Morning guided meditation and breathwork and/or QinGong by the river.

    • 75-minute Power yoga practice in the yoga shala.

    • Delicious, locally sourced vegetarian breakfast prepared by our private chef.

    • Guided inquiry, journaling, and group discussion focused on identifying limiting personal beliefs and empowered goal-setting at the pool joglo

    • Free time to explore, swim, get a massage, or simply relax.

    • Delicious, healthy, locally sourced vegetarian lunch.

    • Afternoon Excursion - We can’t wait to share incredible adventures with you! Excursions include:

      • Discover Bali’s rice culture while visiting Tegallalang, one of Ubud's most splendid terraced landscapes.

      • Bathe in the holy spring water of Tempak Siring Water Temple to purify your soul.

      • Gather for a Balinese offerings workshop to discover the meaning behind the ritual and how to make your own!

      • Explore the vibrant Balinese markets to immerse in culture and daily life.

    • Grounding Yin Yoga practice and sound bath session.

    • Have a delicious vegetarian dinner together to celebrate a wonderful day.

    • Relax around the fire or on the pool deck. Our final evening together will include a special celebration and fire ceremony.

    May 6 - Departure Day

    • Sunrise guided meditation and breathwork by the river.

    • 75 min Power Yoga practice in the open-air yoga shala

    • Delicious, healthy, locally sourced breakfast served in the dining room.

    • It is time to offer your personal farewell to the people and land of our private retreat oasis. Pack up, take a stroll, enjoy a swim, or relax in the morning sun.

    • Check-out is at 12pm. Emerge mindful, restored, and ready to live On Point!

    Please note: The above sample itinerary shall serve as a guide and is subject to change. All scheduled activities are optional.

    Yoga sessions are generally 60 - 75 minutes long. Meditation and breathwork sessions are generally 20-30 minutes long. Soundbath immersions are generally 30-60 minutes long.

    Additional Information:

    Ground transportation from the airport can be arranged for a nominal fee. We recommend booking flights to arrive at least one day before / depart at least one day after the retreat to account for potential flight delays and a relaxed arrival and departure schedule.  If you would like hotel and travel suggestions in Bali before or after your retreat, don’t hesitate to ask us! We are here to support you every step of the way.
