Lauren Dunne

Co-Founder, On Point Yoga Adventures

Lauren is a seasoned yoga teacher and licensed professional counselor with over 25 years of yoga practice as a dedicated student and over a decade guiding students through the transformative power of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga. Her journey began with a love for the physical intensity of the practice, but it quickly evolved into something deeper—a bridge between movement, mindfulness, and emotional healing.

Equal parts grounded and adventurous, Lauren brings a unique blend of clinical insight and embodied wisdom to her teaching. She’s led retreats, workshops, and classes across Asia, Africa, and North America, creating spaces for self-discovery, growth, and connection. In addition, Lauren has worked for over 20 years as a professional mental health counselor and coach. Whether she’s guiding a group or holding space one-on-one, Lauren helps others tap into their own strength, resilience, and potential.

Lauren finds her own version of balance off the mat: trail running, whitewater paddling, and adventuring with her husband and three children. Her life is proof that transformation doesn’t just happen in downward dog—it happens in the wild, the messy, and the in-between.

Molly Casto

Co-Founder, On Point Yoga Adventures

Molly is a global citizen who has spent her life exploring the world as an adventurer, student, volunteer, and professional. With over 15 years of experience in the wellness space, she has led private and group yoga classes, domestic and international retreats, immersive workshops, and 200-hour yoga teacher trainings. Molly, an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, braids her training in power vinyasa yoga with other alignment-driven yoga modalities to create a movement experience for her clients that is uplifting and nourishing. She is also an experienced meditation, breathwork, and sound healing facilitator. Molly is currently finishing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, expanding her ability to support others through a therapeutic lens.

Her work is grounded in creating intentional spaces where people feel seen, empowered, and invited into deeper connection with themselves, each other, and their environment. Molly brings a rare blend of heart, humor, and grounded presence to everything she offers, holding space for curiosity, transformation, and growth.

Based in the mountains of Montana, Molly finds joy in raising two incredible kids, adventuring through snow and trails, and snuggling her two pups.
