We will greet each day with intention, fully serenaded by nature. Molly brings extensive experience as a meditation and breathwork teacher, delivering simple and inviting practices you can bring home and incorporate into your wellness routine.

Through daily inquiry discussions and journaling, we cultivate a tight and precious container to reflect, share, and move toward clarity around what’s truly important to us. Lauren Dunne brings her expertise as a yoga teacher and professional mental health provider to these sessions, supporting you in discovering and embracing your life's purpose through a fresh lens.

We have chosen to base our program at a luxury retreat oasis set on 22 private acres of rainforest in the Byron Bay hinterland. Located just 10 minutes from Byron Bay, NSW, you will feel worlds away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

We will have exclusive use of this modern, beautiful retreat center and expansive grounds. The house walls are adorned with inspiring artwork and imagery from local Australian artists. 

Private or shared king and shared twin bed accommodations are available. Each large king bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom and rainforest shower. 100% linen bedding and locally produced, organic toiletries make for a truly indulgent and memorable experience.

Arrival Day

• Check-in begins at 2 p.m. at Soma Byron.

• Welcome, introductions with Molly and Lauren.

• Yoga practice with extended savasana and live sound bath to decompress after travel and fully arrive in body and mind.

• Welcome dinner together, plus a chance to enjoy tea or a glass of wine by the fire pit.

• 75-minute yoga practice in the grand geodesic dome.

• Guided inquiry, journaling, and group discussion focused on identifying limiting personal beliefs and empowered goal-setting.

• Excursion - We can’t wait to share incredible adventures with you! First Nations ceremony and workshops, a beach visit with optional surf lesson, an organic farm-to-table culinary workshop … and more.

• Self-guided relaxation time - read a book, enjoy a nap, explore Soma, soak in the freshwater infinity pool, or immerse in your journal by the waterfall or the zen garden.

• Grounding Yin Yoga practice and sound bath session in the grand geodesic dome.

• Community dinner prepared by our private chef

• Relax around the fire pit with herbal tea or a glass of wine. Our final night together will include a special celebration and fire ceremony.

Departure Day

• Sunrise guided meditation and breathwork in the grand geodesic dome.

• Delicious, healthy, locally sourced breakfast served in the dining room.

• 75 min yoga practice in the geodesic dome

• Time to offer your personal farewell to the people and land of Soma Byron. Pack up, take a stroll, or relax in the morning sun.

• Check-out is at 12 pm. Emerge mindful, restored, and ready to live On Point.

Yoga sessions are generally 60-75 minutes long. Meditation and breathwork sessions are generally 20-30 minutes long.

Optional ground transportation will be provided to and from Byron Bay town center by van departing at a set time.

We generally recommend booking travel to arrive at least one day before / depart at least one day after program dates to account for potential travel delays and a relaxed arrival and departure schedule.  If you would like hotel and travel suggestions in Byron Bay before or after your retreat, don’t hesitate to ask us!
