Experience
A rustic, soul-nourishing long weekend to settle busy, scattered energy and cultivate clear, focused intention for the year ahead.
Movement, meditation, play, pristine nature, and time for peaceful reflection are blended to restore perspective and translate insight into practice.
Led by: Molly Casto and Lauren Dunne of On Point Yoga Adventures — experienced teachers who combine alignment-based Vinyasa, other playful movement practices, restorative Yin, sound healing, breathwork, and uplifting inquiry and discussion.
Tone & pace: Laid-back with purposeful rhythm. Days are anchored by morning movement and evening integration; afternoons alternate between active exploration (guided hikes, workshops, nature immersion) and spacious downtime for journaling, soaking, sauna, or quiet reflection.
Who this is for: Anyone who feels busy, pulled in many directions, or lacking clarity about next steps. Ideal for people who want both movement and meaningful structure to leave with a balanced sense of calm AND real momentum.
The takeaway: You will leave with a personalized Anchor Plan that fits your life to sustain clarity and steady momentum at home.

We have chosen to base our program at this luxury oasis set on the Frying Pan River, in Colorado. Our home base is a forested 32 acre haven in a wild Colorado mountain valley between Aspen and Vail. The property offers a stunning blend of meadows, forest, creeks, waterfalls, and ponds, with trails leading right into the White River National Forest. The Frying Pan River runs through the property.
Accommodations include private or shared rooms in a collection of historic, hand-built, and eclectic cabins and lodges. The vibe is best described as “rustic chic”, meaning charming spaces with all the creature comforts, artistic touches, and amenities to make you feel at home and well taken care of.
