Reset and Renew
A masterclass weekend to unwind, unburden, and discover tools to break free from burnout — Montana
May 15th - 17th, 2026
If you feel like you can’t make the time, then this is for you.
Let’s be honest — The idea of “self-care” has been distilled down to 10-minute meditation apps, overpriced eye creams, occasional bubble baths, and hoping to squeeze in a workout class between meetings, family, laundry, dog walks, and life.
Our intentions are good, but none of it seems to move the needle much toward greater well-being, ease, or happiness.
Truth? —You’re not alone. We’re all experiencing overwhelm, stress, overfunctioning, and searching for a way through it.
We’re here to offer you an upgrade

THE EXPERIENCE
Join us for a weekend immersion where we’ll deep dive into the practices and possibilities of living with more ease, balance, and joy. We’ll also be digging into what causes stress, exhaustion, and burnout, how they impact our bodies and minds, and how to defend ourselves against emotional exhaustion and create positive change.
Who’s this for? — Unlike our other retreats, this one’s just for the ladies. (*Not that men don’t stress or experience overwhelm, but the impact and experience for women is just … different. We’re focusing on that.)
What to expect:
- Daily mindful movement and physical activity targeted at releasing stress (*all levels/no minimum fitness requirements)
- Time outside in nature - walking and wildlife viewing (from a safe distance, of course!)
- Expert-led workshops and guided discussions on the stress cycle, sleep hygiene, food and nutrition, and creating empowered and positive changes.
- Immersive discovery of this iconic location, including a special equine partnering workshop led by Malou Anderson-Ramirez, Certified Equis Coach, and her herd of mustangs.
- Nourishing and delicious meals designed to support physical and emotional health (All meals and snacks are provided)
- Daily grounding and relaxation practices (think soundbath, breath practices, and lymphatic release) to promote deep rest.
- Down-time to relax, reflect, connect, and enjoy our iconic venue location under Montana’s Big Sky.

THE DESTINATION
Nestled in the folds of Montana’s Gallatin Range, our home base is a luxury ranch at the northwestern edge of Yellowstone National Park, 90 minutes from Bozeman, Montana.
The property is 1,676 acres of open spaces, grand vistas, clear, cold streams, and rolling foothills that give way to a sharp mountain skyline. The wildlife, history, and stunning beauty will take your breath away, and then, as John Muir stated, “The winds will blow their freshness into you.”

THE PROMISE
Balance, ease, and joy are not destinations we arrive at. They’re the ability to thrive in constant flux — shaking off the stuff that wears us down, holding onto what nurtures us, and moving through the innate twists and turns of being a human…a female human… in a complex world.
You’ll leave not just more rested and rejuvenated, but also armed with a deeper understanding of how to unburden, unwind, and break free from burnout.
If you’ve been feeling like you’re running on empty, this is your nudge—it might be the single most important gift you give to yourself!
